Shipping Timeline
Regarding the shipping timeline, we will process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. This fast turnaround ensures you get your apparel promptly, while we still maintain strict quality checks for every item before shipment. For any special shipping requests (such as expedited delivery or specific carrier preferences), please feel free to contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We process and ship all confirmed orders promptly after:
Receiving full payment verification (e.g., PayPal payment confirmation, credit card authorization);
Sending you a written "Order Confirmation Email" (with order number, product details, and shipping address).
If payment is delayed (e.g., fraud checks) or order information is incomplete (e.g., missing/incorrect address), shipping will start only after issues are resolved.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
No Delivery To: P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, temporary locations (e.g., hotels, vacation rentals), or regions under international sanctions.
Invalid/incomplete addresses will delay shipping—we’ll contact you to confirm accurate details first.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send a "Shipping Confirmation Email" to your registered email, including:
Carrier name (e.g., DHL, UPS);
Unique tracking number;
Direct link to the carrier’s tracking page (to monitor your package’s status).
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update (carrier processing time).

6.1 Address Modifications
You can request to update your shipping address only before your order ships (i.e., before receiving the Shipping Confirmation Email). Contact our support team immediately with your order number and corrected address—we cannot adjust addresses after shipping.
6.2 Lost/Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no delivery progress or "In Transit" with no update, contact us. We’ll file a carrier claim and assist with reshipping your order or processing a full refund.
Damaged Packages: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of damaged packaging and products. We’ll review your claim promptly and offer a replacement or full refund (no need to return damaged items unless requested).
6.3 Peak Season Notes
During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), shipping may take slightly longer—we’ll post advance notices on the Site homepage or via email.
