For ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), we use existing stock products for customization, and there is no minimum order quantity requirement.
2. OEM Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For OEM the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 units per style/color. MOQ may vary depending on the specific style and customization requirements. Please contact our sales team for more detailed information.
3. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, there are no MOQ restrictions. You can order the quantities that best suit your needs.
4. Lead Time
Lead time for ODM and OEM orders typically depends on the order quantity and customization details. Generally, the delivery time is 3 weeks from order confirmation. For wholesale orders, delivery time is approximately 3-5 days. We also offer expedited services for urgent orders. For precise delivery times, please contact us.
5. Sample Fee Refund Policy
Sample fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you place a bulk order for the same style, the sample fee will be fully credited toward the total order amount.
