Cancellations

Returns

You have 7 days to decide whether it is necessary to return the item or package. If you wish to return the item, please send an email to (Service@yintaihub.com), and our after-sales representatives will respond within 48 hours.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.

  • We do not accept returned items sent back without a proper return request.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return costs (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer.

Please verify your return package before shipping. We shall not be liable for any loss of returned items. Once we receive your returned package, we will begin processing the refund to your PayPal account.

Note:
Original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

Before Shipment: You may cancel a confirmed order (without penalty) if you notify us via email (Service@yintaihub.com) before we ship the order (i.e., before you receive the shipping confirmation email). We will process a full refund via PayPal within 3-5 business days of cancelation approval.

After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may instead request a return upon receiving the Products.

Refunds

Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned Products (to confirm they meet the return criteria), we will process a refund via PayPal within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment source (e.g., PayPal balance, linked credit card) and will include the full Product price and original shipping fee (if the return is due to our error, e.g., defective Product, wrong item sent). If the return is due to your change of mind, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund.

Failed/Denied Payments: If a PayPal payment is reversed or charged back (e.g., via PayPal’s Purchase Protection program), we will issue a refund only if we have received the returned Products (or can confirm non-delivery).

Refund Timelines: While we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on PayPal and your financial institution (typically 3-7 business days).
