REGARDING RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept unconditional refunds within 24 hours of receiving payment. No refunds will be processed beyond 24 hours.

If you receive defective products, please notify us via email with photos within 30 days. We can either re-produce and re-deliver the defective items at our own expense or provide a refund for the defective portion.

REGARDING PAYMENT

We accept international remittances via WorldFirst, PINGPONG, etc. Payment can be made through telegraphic transfer (T/T) or credit card.

REGARDING OEM

OEM refers to the production of garments in accordance with your designated design style, size, and fabric composition. Generally, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM is 150-200 units. The production process starts with a quotation based on design drawings and other relevant information, which includes costs for sample making, shipping fees for sample delivery, and the unit price for mass production. Typically, the sample production lead time is 7-12 days.

REGARDING ODM

ODM involves the use of our existing stock products with your LOGO added. This production method has no minimum order quantity. The cost for printing a LOGO is approximately $0.5 per position (usually using heat transfer technology).

REGARDING SHIPPING

We offer two shipping options: sea freight and air freight.

Air freight usually takes 7-12 days, including customs clearance and tariff payment. It is the optimal choice for small-batch orders.

Sea freight generally takes 20-25 days, including customs clearance and tariff payment. It is the optimal choice for large-batch orders.

Additionally, express delivery is available with a lead time of approximately 4-7 days. For express delivery, you will need to assist the shipping company with customs clearance and settle tariffs on your own. This option is suitable for sample purchases.

REGARDING PRODUCT QUALITY

For OEM production, we conduct inspections on fabrics, accessories, and other materials before production. A second inspection is carried out after production is completed.

We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information (including e-mail address, phone number, etc.) regarding our customers to anybody. We will not solicit you by phone or mail. Any information you provide us with will be used responsibly, is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

REGARDING SAMPLE PURCHASE

We support sample purchases, with no minimum order quantity for our stock products. You are required to pay the sample fee and shipping costs. If the stock is sufficient, samples will be delivered to the logistics company within approximately 3 days upon receipt of the sample order.

What is your OEM production process?

For startup brands, using ODM services allows for small-batch production, enabling you to test your sales data, with controllable costs and minimal inventory pressure.

Regarding ODM, how to create a logo?

Please send us your logo file in PDF or AI format, and confirm the position where you want the logo to be printed. We will print the logo you provide at the corresponding position, and before printing, we will send you a picture to confirm the accuracy of the position.

Do you only produce sportswear?

How do you calculate the freight charges?

Freight charges are determined by weight, volume, and the mode of delivery. For weight calculation, it is calculated by multiplying the weight of each product by the quantity and then adding the weight of the outer cartons.For volume calculation, it is based on the outer carton's length × width × height divided by 5000. When the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, the freight is usually calculated based on the volumetric weight; otherwise, it is calculated based on the actual weight.
